| We had absolutely the best time we could possibly have imagined .even before we arrived karine had helped us make arrangements and helped to prebook events and restaurants for our joint 50th birthday which we shared with 6 other friends. the attention to detail was phenomenal . the cleanliness, ambience and decor of the riad was fantastic . we were only one minute away from the hustle and bustle of the souks but once the front door was shut we were in the perfect haven of peaceful relaxation whether sipping mint tea on the sunny roof terrace or having a hamman spa treatment downstairs . the riad is perfectly situated to visit and experience all things marrakech | ||

Reservation and cancellation policy
In the event of a reservation cancellation, the Riad Idra will apply the following cancellation policy and will charge any applicable fees to the client credit card used during the reservation process :
-Cancellations received 21-30 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 11-20 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of total projected room costs.
-Cancellations received 0-10 days before the confirmed arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of total projected room costs.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card supplied during the reservation process.
